Maria will share on 'Developing a Culture of the Spirit' as we continue to explore what it looks like for Compassion Vineyard to fulfil their unique role in serving Jesus in Strathalbyn.

Due to leaders being away last Sunday, we are going to have an extra, back-to-back service this coming Sunday, 6th October, with our usual fortnight kicking into gear from the following Sunday, 13th October onwards.

The Vineyard National Conference is on in Victoria this week, so with leadership away there, our usual Sunday service is postponed to next week.

- Travel protections

- Strength and health of those leading, serving, preparing, speaking

- Unity

- New connections and strengthening of established ones

- Hunger and openness to the move of Holy Spirit

- Expectation, faith, boldness for release in the prophetic

This month's theme, "Silly Sport Shenanigans", accompanies fun, friends, and food for youth aged 12-17 years old. We'll be playing games with a twist of tomfoolery and lashings of laughter. Come and have some fun with us!

Our next soup service is coming up! Sunday, September 15th, come along for the usual 3pm cuppa and church service and hang about afterwards for a shared meal and conversations with new and old friends. Soup is provided, but everyone can bring something else to share (but you don't have to!).

For some, a day of joy; for others, sorrow or brokenness. Whatever your experience of your earthly father, let's honour our Heavenly Father's love and find peace, joy, and restoration with Him.
